At the end of the 1990s, Giordano Frangipani decided to enhance the old family vineyards, almost abandoned. A decision taken thanks to the collaboration and friendship with a successful enologist who, once established the enormous potential of the territory and of the position of the vineyards themselves, began an adventure aimed at the production of wines of the highest quality. The first cultivation has favoured the low yield of grapes per hectare, by fertilising exclusively organic, and by selecting grape bunches at the ripening stage, leaving three per plant.<\/p>\n

The hand of man in this work is fundamental: from the choice of bunch to the care of the vine. Our wine production is in full compliance with the requirements of organic farming.<\/p>\n

The grapes – harvested by hand in small crates – must arrive intact to the winery where technology combined with the experience of the enologist do the rest.<\/p>\n

Fermentation takes place in steel and cement containers at controlled temperature.<\/p>\n
